RESTART is an activation individual program , which is a proven combination of energy work, channeling and mentoring. It consists of 6 parts . It takes place online and its first 4 parts last approximately 2 and a half hours.
The next two parts take place one month apart in the form of recordings.
Part 1:
CONNECTION CALL
Here we will clarify whether Restart is exactly what you need now. I will introduce you to the basic principles of this type of work and we will orient ourselves in the map of your Human Design. The conversation takes place via Whatsapp and is free.
If we agree, we will move on to the core of Restart, i.e. parts 2-4, which take place online via Zoom. You will receive audio and video recordings of this phase, which you can return to at any time.
Part 2:
ENERGY WORK
It is based on my knowledge of Transpersonal Psychology, Shamanism, Human Design, Breathwork, and the impact of sound frequencies on the human brain and consciousness.
The foundation is the unique GaiaBreath breathing technique, which will help you connect with your body and roots, and through them with the essence of the Earth. From this anchoring, we then move together through all energy centers, with respect to your unique Human Design, in order to cleanse, tune and strengthen them.
After safely opening the energetic crown, we will embark together through guided visualization on a journey to the Temple of the Soul, to meet with the Ancestors, Guides, and "Higher Self." This entire part is accompanied by custom-selected music that utilizes the Binaural Principle and Solfeggio frequencies.
Part 3:
CHANNELING
After the energy work, you and I will have certain insights and visions that we will write down or draw separately. This part is also accompanied by specially selected music that supports staying in the alpha and theta levels.
At this point, your nervous system is in a state of deep relaxation and your mind is open to new insights. These insights may come as words, images, symbols, or feelings. That is why it is important to take the time to capture and understand them, as they hold answers to questions you may have been unconsciously asking yourself.
Part 4:
MENTORING
Immediately after writing, we will enter into a mentoring conversation. We will share what came to our mind and will focus on individual topics, on which I will tell you my insights and further navigation. I will also give you functional techniques and exercises for daily work on yourself.
The insights you receive are valuable messages from your subconscious, body, and soul. They are often answers to stated or unstated questions, but sometimes they also bring unexpected information or connections. Together we will look at them and connect them to your daily life - so that they become not just a beautiful experience, but a real change.
After a month, you will record a voice message for me about how your integration is going: how you are doing, what changes have taken place, what you still need advice on, what questions to answer.
This step will allow you to recap your progress, strengthen your awareness, and gain answers to what was revealed to you during the integration. If you feel you need deeper grounding or navigation, we will seek further direction together.
Integration is the key moment when energy and insights are transformed into real change. You are not alone in this process - I am still here to help you anchor everything you have accepted.

The Reboot has a clear structure , which has been developed based on my long-term experience and feedback from working with clients. The fact that it takes place online also has its reasons. The client is in their home environment, where they can fully relax and create comfort, as they will need to do regularly after the Reboot - to continue working on themselves independently and in the long term.
At the same time, the music I play during energy work needs to be played through headphones, due to the effectiveness of binaural sound . Last but not least, the core of Restart is recorded in both audio and video format so that the client can continue to work with it individually .
